人生是复杂的，其中既有美好，也有痛苦；既有快乐，也有悲伤。当你下一次经历痛苦或悲伤的时候，当你感到自己接近崩溃边缘的时候，要顺应而不是使自己崩溃，尽你的全力不要让现状战胜你。
心怀希望将会帮助你度过难关。当你对一个更好的明天或者更好的状况到来充满希望时，所有事情都不会像看上去的那么糟糕。如果结局值得拥有，你将会更容易战胜那些不愉快的考验。
